In this way, the team will be able to take him as a reference and empathize with him, raising the commitment with the organization.
  • Generate a network of contacts: Developing and investing in a network of contacts in different business areas is an essential strategy because it provides new knowledge and experiences to face new circumstances that arise. It is advisable to include all industries involved in the value chain, cultivate a long-term relationship and be open-minded to new ideas from referents.
  • Adopt new technologies: digital transformation has made it essential to incorporate technological tools to optimize business processes.
